Ready to check out? Click the cart icon to view your selected items. On the next page, you can still adjust the quantities if needed. Then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You’ll land on the checkout page where you can conveniently enter all your details on a single screen.
Important: Once your order is completed, it cannot be changed. Your order will be processed immediately so we can get it to you as quickly as possible.
What Are the Shipping Costs?
Maysella covers the shipping costs — so you pay no shipping fees.*

Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note: It may take some time before the tracking information becomes available.
What Are the Delivery Times?
Maysella strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3 PM (local time) are usually processed the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means average delivery times are 10 to 15 business days.
What If I’m Not Home During Delivery?
If delivery is not possible, your package may be held at a local pickup point (depending on your country and carrier). You will receive a notification with instructions on how and where to collect it.
If the package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We work quickly to process orders, so there is only a small window to correct any mistakes.
If you believe you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please notify us.
If 14 days have passed since the indicated delivery date, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process.
