If you received the wrong items or if your items arrived damaged or defective, please fill out our contact form so we can assist you further.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are in original, unused, and resellable condition.
Once we receive your return, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs.
Please note: We cannot refund or exchange any items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return

Once received, print and complete the return form (if you haven’t already).

Submit the completed return form along with a photo of the items you wish to return through the contact form.

After receiving approval, ensure your return is properly packaged and meets the return conditions listed below.

Clearly mark "Return Shipment" on the outside of the package.

Use a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once shipped, send us a follow-up message via the contact form with your tracking details.

Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed within five business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
